• $600 for U10 (7v7)

• $800 for U12+ (11v11)

Notes:

• The entry fee is required of each team at the time of application
• Applications submitted without payment will not be considered for entry
• Applications and fees must be received by September 10, 2009.
• Refund Policy: Teams withdrawing from the tournament after acceptance will not be refunded the entry fee.
