- The entry fee is required of each team at the time of application.
Fees may be paid online with MasterCard/VISA or by check. FEES MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION and MUST be submitted NO LATER than September 10, 2022. - Applications submitted without payment will not be considered for entry.
- Refund Policy: Teams withdrawing from the tournament after notification of acceptance will not be refunded the entry fee.
Discovery Cup will refund all tournament entry fees in
full, less the cost of insurance, when the tournament is canceled or postponed
due to adverse weather conditions that result in an unsafe playing condition,
so long as the cancellation or postponement is the sole and direct result of a
cause not otherwise excluded. The cause of the cancellation or postponement
must occur during the period of insurance and be beyond the control of both the
tournament and the participant(s). Full refunds, less the cost of insurance,
will only be applicable in the instance that no games have been completed. A
partial refund may also be granted if a tournament is shortened due to reasons
out of our control. Any partial refunds will be at the sole of the tournament
and only after confirmation from the Insurers.
